SAMPLE of Steps to take in Design Process

> COMPRESS.exe, For quick check of H.P. -- BMEP -- RPM - COMPRESSION.

> TATARGET.exe to get more information about BMEP, H.P. and RPM and how time area is computed.

> PORT2000.exe to Design port sizes and shapes to match H.P. - BMEP - RPM & Timearea of TATARGET.exe.
Also INTAREA.exe, if you have Piston Port engine design.

-Programs included.

> ENG-DRAW.exe will give you Graphical display of new engine and test the Rod Length - Piston to Crank relationship. IS IT POSSIBLE ?

> HEADVOL1, 2 & 3.exe will Design head configuration based on your inputs and this will give you all design specs to make it work.

> SQUISH.exe will test your new head design to see if you are going to have a workable part or should you make some changes to squish width, depth or compression ratio.

> CHEK-VOL.exe will help you match up compression parts to piston dome volume, based on Piston Dome - Cylinder deck volume - Gasket Volume and Head volume..

> REEDVALV.exe or ROTARY.exe will help you either design a reed valve, or rotary valve, for this engine. Or in case of reed valve, help you decide if another one off a different engine will work for you.

> NEWPIPE.exe will design the Expansion Chamber based on above specs. A VERY Powerful design tool. NEWPIPE will also Draw your Pipe.
