METHOD of SHIPMENT:.. Shipping is by Express Air Mail $20.00. US Dollars, except New 4-Package Special which is now FREE.

PREPAID ORDERS:.. Prepaid have to be made out Payable to TOM E. TURNER or your Order will be Cancelled. You can send money through Western Union, or use a MoneyGram payable to TOM E. TURNER.

BACK ORDERS:.. Orders will be shipped A.S.A.P.. (Usually no back orders for software)

CLAIMS:.. Title of merchandise passes to purchaser on delivery to common carrier US Postmaster. Claims are to be sent to them for damaged goods.
Note:... There is a 20% Restocking Fee + Shipping on any returned merchandise, .. that means 'Never Opened', and still in our completely 'UNOPENED Sealed Package'. (Since we took the time to get it all ready for you, we have to assume you wanted it or you would not have placed the order, so a small restocking charge is necessary to cover time and money spent ) . If seals are broken consider that you now are a licensed user and software cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to not sell the software to anyone that can't follow the simple steps to buy it in the first place.......... :-)

OLD VERSION PROGRAMS Damaged, or LOST, or DAMAGED Old Disks: ..
Old Version Programs Damaged, Lost, or Damaged Old Disks: ...... If your software gets lost, damaged or that is out of date by version number. We can replace any 'Current Version' of our software , but we cannot replace older versions as they are immediately replaced (copied over) when the newest version is Updated. This will require that you update the old, lost or damaged software to get latest Version.

NOTE:....Most problems that end users have with ALL BRANDS of SOFTWARE is not because the software does something it's not supposed to, or that they don't want it to. It's because they are in too much of a hurry and don't want to read the authors notes, license, read-me files or installation prompts. It's the "I can put this together without instructions" mentality, then they blame everyone or everything except themselves for the errors or problems that occur later. Usually they can expect their engines run poorly too..... :-)
